WAGS on the Runway Blends Fashion, Motorsport and Philanthropy to Kick Off IMSA Weekend

Monterey, CA (April 20, 2026) - A signature fusion of style, sport, and community returns to Monterey as WAGS on the Runway takes center stage on Thursday, April 30 at 11:30 a.m. This one-of-a-kind fashion show and luncheon will feature IMSA drivers alongside their wives and girlfriends, all in support of the SPCA Monterey County.

Hosted on the patio at the Estéban Restaurant, located within the Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa in downtown Monterey, guests will enjoy a refined three-course lunch paired with a vibrant runway show. The event uniquely showcases the personal side of motorsport, with wives and girlfriends of professional IMSA drivers stepping into the spotlight as models.

Adding a meaningful and heartwarming dimension, the runway will also feature dogs from SPCA Monterey County, highlighting the organization’s mission and connecting attendees with animals in need of loving homes. Twenty percent of all ticket proceeds will directly benefit SPCA, located just across Highway 68 from WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

Fashion for the event will be curated by Carmel-based boutique Pamplemousse, bringing a sophisticated coastal aesthetic to the runway. The event will be hosted by noted motorsports broadcaster Ralph Sheheen, adding expert insight and energy to the program, while media will have opportunities for interviews with participating drivers, models, and event principals.

Serving as a kickoff to the IMSA Monterey SportsCar Championship, WAGS on the Runway sets the tone for a high-energy race weekend at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, May 1–3. The IMSA weekend will feature the world’s top sports car teams and drivers competing on one of North America’s most iconic circuits.
