Who volunteers are: Our volunteers are community-minded individuals who bring their time, skills and energy to support our Event. They come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, united by a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact.

What they do: From hands on participation and event support to behind-the-scenes of coordination. Whether volunteering for a single opportunity or engaging on an ongoing basis, each role plays a vital part in helping us put on a spectacular event and deepen our connection to the community.

Volunteer role descriptions

Admissions Team

The Admissions Team is responsible for the controlled entry of guests, workers, and participants into WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca during events. Volunteers play a vital role in maintaining smooth, friendly, and safe operations while ensuring every visitor receives a professional welcome. Admissions volunteers are often the first point of contact with guests, therefore professionalism, clear communication, and teamwork are essential.
