Cars and Coffee
The picturesque Laguna Seca Recreation Area is home to one of the most dynamic Cars & Coffee locations in America. Early risers will enjoy a relaxed and quiet environment as entrance begins at 7:30 am to enjoy a wide variety of automobiles and a delicious cup of coffee.
A $5 donation is required which will go to help a local non-profit. From classic and muscle cars to all types of exotics, it’s all at Cars & Coffee.
In addition to coffee, track gear from the Official Raceway Store and season ticket promotions will be available!
Twilight Cycling
Experience the exhilaration of a challenging 300-foot climb and breathtaking descent on the renowned WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca's 2.238-mile course during twilight rides. Cyclists of all ages and levels can pedal through the legendary 11-turn track, featuring the iconic 59-foot drop in just 450 feet at the Corkscrew.
- Helmets are required.
- $10 entry fee for each rider.
- Track will be open to riders as soon as the renter is off track.
- Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes are welcome and allowed to participate in Twilight Cycling events.
Race To Space
Take in the night sky with real astronomers to guide you. The Monterey Institute for Research in Astronomy hosts this incredible event on Hospitality Island in the lakebed. Telescopes of all shapes and sizes and astronomers are on hand to show some of the natural phenomenon happening above. All ages are welcome to join!
- PLEASE park in the dirt lot near the restrooms and try to keep your headlights off of the island. When you approach, turn your phone screen light all the way down and use that or use a red light. Flashlights and bright screens will mean another 20 minutes before everyone's eyes adjust!
- Security is on site and guests are not permitted to wander to other parts of the facility during this event.
- Camping guests are welcome to join!
- Spectators are asked to park on the perimeter of the island. If leaving or arriving during the event, try to keep headlights off the group as much as possible.
- Children of all ages are welcome, please be careful of tripping hazards and obstacles in the dark
- Guests are welcome to bring chairs or blankets.
Turkey Trot
Meet us in the paddock by the main gate and walk, run, or wobble down the Corkscrew to earn that extra helping of stuffing. Bring non-perishable food items or $10 per person for donations to the Monterey County Food Bank.
You can go around the track as many times as you'd like from 7 am - 11 am. Bring the whole family and dogs are permitted on a leash. (Please clean up after them!)
