If you’ve ever dreamed of turning your passion for racing into a career, this is the perfect place to start! WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is proud to partner with Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) and Bosch to host the Electrify Your Career in Motorsports workshop — an inspiring two-day program designed to help women explore exciting careers in motorsports, especially in the world of STEM.
This year’s program launches at Laguna Seca during the IMSA race weekend, May 9–11, and applications are open now.
Whether you’re studying engineering, business, design, or marketing, this workshop offers a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the motorsports industry. Students will get the chance to network with professionals, tour garages and paddocks, explore manufacturer areas, and learn how their skills can lead to a future in racing — on and off the track.
This event aligns perfectly with WIMNA's mission to Advance, Connect, and Enable (ACE) women across all motorsports industry sectors.
Bosch, a leader in cutting-edge technology and a longtime supporter of the program, is helping drive the future of the industry forward by making sure students see firsthand the many opportunities available in motorsports.
After its kickoff at Laguna Seca, the workshop will continue at two more legendary tracks later this season:
- VIRginia International Raceway during the Michelin GT Challenge (August 22–25)
- Circuit of the Americas during Lone Star Le Mans (September 5–7)
Spaces are limited — and they always fill up fast.
If you or someone you know is ready to jumpstart a career in motorsports, visit WIMNA’s website to apply.
